Race last night/Long run today in Heat.
昨日 は ６きろ ラス を しました。よかった。 今日 私 は ８０分 かん を はしりました。ちょっと むずはしかった です。ちょっと あつい です。30 ど。 Yesterday I raced 6Km. It went well. Today I ran for 80 minutes.A little hard. A little hot. 30 degrees.
